You amble along corridors
Talk to young people on the brink of death
yet, despite knowing full well of their impending doom
They still put on a brave smile and talk to you in high spirits
Let you examine them one by one patiently
Merely for your own learning
Not of any benefit to them at all

We'll forever remember these people
Cause they've really taught us so much
